Oh, how we’ve missed you!
Welcome back everyone!
Below are a few important things that we want you to know in order to have the best year with us!
COVID-19: Please make sure you are taking all precautions to keep yourself, your roommates, and the other tenants in your building/house safe from COVID. Please wear a mask if you plan to stop our office.
Maintenance: Any kind of maintenance or repair needed in your apartment should be submitted through our Contact US Page. Check the box for Maintenance Request. Please be descriptive as possible with the issue. You may also text a picture to Erin, if necessary.

Lease Renewals: We are already receiving calls about housing for next year! Can you see yourself living here again next year? If you are thinking about renewing your lease for the 2021-22 school year, please let us know ASAP. Our renewal deadline is SEPT 11! By renewing, you will lock in your current rate for next year and allow you to keep your belongings in your apt over the summer break. If you would like to live with us over the summer the rent is only $300 per student for the whole summer! If you decide after Sept 11 that you would like to renew, your rent could go up. If you do not plan to renew for next year, please let us know by Sept 11 so that we can list your apartment. We will be showing your apartment to prospective tenants starting on Sept 14th.
Fire Alarms: If the fire alarms go off in your building, even accidentally, first exit your apartment and CALL JOHN (570) 205-0299. He lives right in town. Please do not tamper or remove ANY detectors. If the detectors are removed it can set off the alarms and won't allow us to reset the system. The system also tells us where the alarm was set off from! So please, if it happens just call John right away to have them turned off in a timely manner.
Condition Reports: Each apartment had a condition report left in their apartment upon arrival. Please review the report and mark down anything that you see. This is how we determine your security deposit returns at the end of the year and ensures that you won't be charged for any damages that existed before you lived there.
Animals: Please report ANY and ALL animals that exist in your apartment. Even if the owner claims they are an ESA, there is paperwork that must be filed with us to determine their validity. If an animal is living in any of our apartments without prior approval from Joe, the full amount of all security deposits from that apartment will not be returned to you. We only have 1 registered ESA animal throughout all of our tenants.
Washers and Dryers: Whether the washer and dryer you use is located inside your apartment or inside your building, we ask that you only use HE detergent. Tenants are responsible for any repairs needed for using non-he detergents. Also, please get into the habit of emptying the lint trap after EVERY use of the dryer. It is very important to do this so that the vents don't get clogged. It will cause the dryers not to dry and are very costly to repair.
