Bloomsburg University off campus student housing done the right way!
It’s hard to believe that this summer is already over! But here we are! Bloomsburg University is back in action, and we couldn’t be more happy. Wearing masks inside is better than being stuck at home and having all of your classes via Zoom, right?! At JAG Housing, we have worked tirelessly since May to get our apartments cleaned and ready for everyone coming back for the fall semester. Our tenants live in the best off campus student housing Bloomsburg has to offer! And if you think otherwise, please feel free to let us know, so that we can make the necessary changes.
We are hoping everyone has settled in nicely and is starting off this school year on the right foot! Our office at 35 E Main Street is open on Monday 1-5pm, and Tuesday-Friday 12-5pm. Please feel free to stop by any time during these hours!
Even though most of our tenants have just moved in less than a week ago, it’s already time to start thinking about the 2022-23 school year! Where will you be next year? Our current tenants have the option to renew their lease now for 2022-23. There are many benefits of renewing your lease. 1) you lock in your current rate, no rent increase 2) you can keep your belongings in the apartment over the summer 3) your security deposit rolls over to the next year 4) no stress with moving year after year!
We will begin scheduling apartment tours on September 13th! We have 35 apartments in total, which include 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom, 5 bedroom, 6 bedroom, and 7 bedroom apartments. Most of our units also have private bathrooms for each bedroom, depending on the design of the building.
