BU Student Lease Openings in ‘22-’23
We currently have multiple off campus student housing lease openings for the 2022-23 BU school year.
When you sign a lease in the early months of the school year, you never know what changes are ahead of you. Whether you are transferring, taking a break from school or just about any situation that arises out of your control. We get it! However, the lease that you signed to live in the apartment for the following year is a binding legal contract.
Our leases are group leases, so therefore in order to be released from that lease, you have to find a replacement. Another BU student has to sign the lease and pay a security deposit in your place to avoid having to pay the rent for an apartment that you no longer wish to live in.
We do our best to help out with finding replacements, but ultimately the responsibility is up to the tenants on the lease! If you find yourself in this situation, please don’t hesitate to contact us at any time. The longer you wait, the harder it is to find someone to replace you.

1) 3 Bedroom ~ 3 Bathroom: 2 female roommates looking for 1 roommate to join them! You’ll have your own bedroom and private bathroom. WiFi included. Only utility you have to pay is PPL Electric (split 3 ways). Key card access to building. Shared laundry room.
